KFC goes golden in first Super Bowl ad
KFC's first ever Super Bowl ad has been released, pushing the fast food chain's new Georgia Gold chicken. The 15-second spot will be screened in the game's fourth quarter.
Created by independent agency Wieden+Kennedy, the ad stars Billy Zane and Rob Riggle as two colonels vying for attention. This is Zane's first time representing the brand, Riggle has been associated with KFC's colonel throughout the 2016-2017 NFL season.
It is part of a larger 'colonel-focused' campaign feautring a growing list of celebrities dressed in the Colonel Sanders' suit since first launching in 2015.
