The Coen Brothers are directing a Super Bowl spot for the first time in nearly 15 years.
Directing duo the Coen brothers have partnered with Mercedes-Benz for their first Super Bowl ad in nearly 15 years. A reinterpretation of the 1969 film Easy Rider, 'Easy Driver' will run as a 30-second spot in the fourth quarter.
The ad is the work of agencies Merkley+Partners and Antoni of Berlin, Germany. The first is the lead shop for Mercedes-Benz US and the latter takes care of the Europe arm of the brand.
The ad is a push for the AMG GT Roadster, which sits under Mercedes' sub brand of sports cars.
