"Shut up and take my money" - KFC continues its humorous campaign, starring a chip-eating, student-teasing janitor.
KFC has released a fourth chapter of the 'Shut Up & Take My Money' value campaign.
From Ogilvy, this iteration sees a janitor teasing students with KFC chips while they undertake an exam.
Previously, other spots from the campaign saw an elderly woman hosting a KFC party and a boss shouting his employees lunch.
Ogilvy creative director Shaun Branagan said that the Shut Up & Take My Money has been a huge success for the fast food company.
“Whilst most retail campaigns are moronic and monotonous, this one is designed to sell without the yell, to entertain with story-selling,” says Branagan.
KFC marketing director Annabel Fribence says: “As the next instalment of SUATMM this playful execution continues to communicate the fact that our value offers are too good to be true offering you so much more than just a low price.”
Previous work by Ogilvy for KFC includes the 'hands as cutlery' campaign, as well as a spot featuring Fitzy & Wippa.
