What if you could help a visually impaired person for a few seconds a day? Starhub has launched a campaign that helps visually impaired people see the world around them.
The app called Third Eye allows visually impaired people take pictures with their phones wherever they are and it sends the picture to volunteers who write back what they see in the image. The text then gets converted into speech and the visually impaired person can hear the responses.
