You've survived quizzes, clients, and you've bared your soul to the internet, but there's one last challenge standing between you and a potential trip to Silicon Valley.
The good news is you've already done it.
Humans of Media is back. You've got one last shot to tell your story, to make it on that plane. Think all the intrigue of Humans of New York with a media agency twist.
Were you too shy to enter in the beginning of the week? Now's your chance for redemption. Go down to the pub at lunchtime, tell stories with your colleagues and get typing.
To enter your story, take a picture and upload it to www.socialmediashowdown.com.au.
All stories will be published within the hour on the official Humans of Media Facebook and Instagram pages. And that’s when the real competition begins.
Enter the fray here: www.socialmediashowdown.com.au.
“It is the last day in the Social Media Showdown and it is still anyone’s game. There’s huge opportunity for other agencies to jump to the top of the leader board based on today’s competition,” Thomas Lyngsfeldt from Social Soup said.
Joe Licciardi from Starcom is leading (1,535), he is followed closely by Jordan Lomax from OMD (1,392) and Ryan Manning from Mediacom is coming in 3rd (1,206).
“Today’s competition is Humans of Media and we would like you to submit stories (posts) about what you do on a Friday with your colleagues, whether it is going to the local pub, a publisher lunch or doing something at the office (TGIF),” he added.
The daily prize is a dinner for 5 people at MoVida in either Sydney or Melbourne and, of course, the big prize of a trip to Facebook and Instagram’s HQ in Silicon Valley is still up for grabs.
