Principals bolsters employer brand offering with two hires
Strategic design consultancy Principals has brought Ashling Withers and Natasha Ramkissoon into the agency’s employer brand team in response to a threefold increase in internal brand projects.

Paper Moose appoints Jermaine Rowe and Nathan Moore creative leads
Creative agency Paper Moose has appointed Jermaine Rowe and Nathan Moore creative leads to help service the growing client roster of purpose-led brands. Copywriter Rowe has more than 10 years experience working in London and Sydney, while art director Moore has more than 17 years under his belt.

Charles Rallings named MD of Host/Havas CX
Host/Havas has appointed Charles Rallings to the newly created role of managing director of Host/Havas CX.
The move follows a raft of creative and CX account wins, with new and existing clients increasingly seeking to leverage their investments in digital, data and martech solutions to drive customer experience.

Yahoo promotes Lani Tweddle and Sebastian Graham to senior leadership
Yahoo has promoted Lani Tweddle community, leadership, and operations partner APAC and Sebastian Graham to director of native APAC. Graham will be leading native advertising across the APAC region for Yahoo’s demand and supply side ad technology platforms. Tweddle steps into the newly created role of community, leadership and operations partner following on from eight years as executive assistant to VP - head of APAC, Paul Sigaloff, and two years as corporate social responsibility country lead. 

Revium adds three team members to employee benefits trust program
Digital agency Revium has added three new team members to its employee benefits trust program, lifting ownership of the company by its employees to 10%. The three new members of the employee benefits trust program are Revium’s head of front-end development, Chris Newton; Finance and HR manager, Effie Alexopoulos; and executive assistant, Carla Addamo.

Ryan Ambrose appointed group investment director PHD Sydney
PHD Sydney has appointed Ryan Ambrose as its new group investment director, effective immediately. Ambrose joins the Sydney office from PHD Melbourne, where he had been an investment director across the Spotlight Retail Group account.

Amperity appoints Billy Loizou as area vice president
Amperity has appointed Billy Loizou, area vice president, to lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts and build a team of dedicated experts to help brands in the APAC market make better use of customer data to scale their business.

Totem Global appoints Jason Behan director of strategic partnerships
Australian social video monetisation company Totem Global has appointed Jason Behan to its leadership team as director of strategic partnerships. Behan’s focus will be leading partnerships with the film and television industry to use Totem’s services to generate new revenue for their catalogues using social platforms.

Colony appoints Dianne Grice client service director
Strategic communications advisory Colony has appointed Dianne Grice to the newly created role of client service director.
Grice joins Colony with three decades of industry experience across Australia and New Zealand.

Innocean Australia appoints Matthew Morgan head of digital
Innocean Australia has appointed Matthew Morgan as head of digital, as the agency’s digital offering grows rapidly and clients seek more integrated communications. In the newly created role, Morgan will head up the digital and CX discipline across the agency, bringing his diverse skillset to existing Innocean clients to capitalise on the increasingly complex marketing potential for engagement between brands and audiences online.
