Network Ten's top show MasterChef returns to Australian screens on Sunday, 1 May. The cooking contest will run from Sunday to Thursday at 7.30pm.
The show is one of Ten's top properties and last year's finale pulled in 2 million metro viewers - the biggest entertainment audience of the year.
In the final, Billie McKay took out the title and picked up a new job Heston Blumenthal's restaurant The Fat Duck.
Season eight features guest appearances by some of the world's best chefs, including Blumenthal and Marco Pierre White. Nigella Lawson also returns, joining top Aussie chefs Curtis Stone, Maggie Beer, Kylie Kwong and Luke Nguyen throughout the series.
Hosts Matt Preston, George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan will be joined by Australian chef Shannon Bennet, who returns as a mentor.
