Did you know you can fit a herd of goats in the boot of a RAV4?
Toyota has unveiled its new look RAV4 model car in a two-part campaign by BWM Dentsu.
The campaign takes the 'anything goes' attitude of the new RAV4 in a crazy content series with a few of the internet’s favourite things; clowns, goats and women doing weights.
The car brand launched a TV commercial for above the line use as well as the content series, using the classic Cole Porter song ‘Anything Goes’.
The content videos are to be driven exclusively through digital and social channels.
BWM Dentsu executive creative director, Ashdeen Naidu, says the agency couldn’t rely on a cookie-cutter idea or execution in the notoriously crowded automotive sector.
"We intentionally took a different approach on this project. Creating bespoke executions for the traditional and digital components of the campaign allowed us to communicate the benefits of the new RAV4 in the way that would work best for each medium”, says Naidu.
The campaign will run across TV, digital and social, including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
