"Thought-provoking" campaign launched ahead of Christmas

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is moving into experiential this Christmas asking road users to “Be Present”... literally.

As part of the campaign,The Graffiti Group has installed a giant inflatable Christmas present in both metro and regional locations around Victoria. Inside, people are able to wrap themselves up as a present in a photo booth, allowing them to appear in their own gift cards.

Photos can also be uploaded to a campaign microsite, allowing users to create Christmas video e-cards.

The campaign pushes the message to Victorian road sues to “be Present” over the Christmas season because “the best present you can give is being there.”

TAC's Cath Allen said: “This is an original and thought-provoking way to appeal to all road users and ask them to think about how their actions on the roads could affect their friends and family.”
