Meat and Livestock Australia is rolling out the next instalment in its Beef Oracle campaign, and this time it's offering shoppers at Westfield Parramatta and Westfield Penrith some hot tips.
The Beef Oracle Cube has been set up by experiential agency Ensemble as a public Q&A centre for those keen chefs wanting to cook the perfect beef dish.
Andrew Howie, marketing manager at MLA said, "I was at brunch a few weeks back with The Beef Oracle. Over breakfast beef fajitas he impressed upon me his passion for getting amongst the people and imparting his beef wisdom. I put him in touch with
Ensemble, and boom, the rest is history."
