RAC Roadside Assistance on making a bad situation better

Missing a gig because your car broke down? Bad. Missing your own gig? Worse. RAC reminds customers what roadside assist can rescue them from.

The campaign, from J. Walter Thompson, aims to emphasise how RAC makes a bad situation better for more than 8000 drivers a week.

JWT Perth Creative Director Dav Tabeshfar said: “The ‘Bad, Worse, Better.’ idea lets us talk about the cold, hard breakdown stats, then gives us a lovely little glimpse into the more intimate anxiety that RAC Roadside Assistance rescues us from.”

The campaign features two 30-second television commericals, radio, outdoor and digital. The TVCs were directed by Matt Kamen at GoodOil Films.
