The brand tapped media agency Foundation, creative agency Clemenger Melbourne and JCDecaux for the final work.
Mercedes-Benz Cars Australia has launched an outdoor installation as part of its ongoing principal partnership with the National Gallery of Victoria's NGV Triennial exhibition.
A special-build panel was created with media agency Foundation, creative agency Clemenger Melbourne and JCDecaux, located on the intersection of Flinders Station ad Swanston Street.
The artwork, a tribute to the NGV waterwall, has been designed to appear as though it is being seen through a Mercedes-Benz car, giving commuters a glimpse into the feature piece ‘Victoria Amazonica’.
“As proud principle partner of the NGV Triennial, we challenged our agencies to create a piece that would embody the forward thinking spirit of both the exhibition and the Mercedes-Benz brand and inspire the audience to see new perspectives," Mercedes-Benz cars marketing director Jason Nomikos says.
The Mercedes-Benz installation launches was created to celebrate the final weeks of the exhibition.
