Kennards Hire showcased the partnership it has with its customers with real life testimonials from several long-term trade partners.
Rental business Kennards Hire has launched its latest digital campaign showcasing the partnership role it plays in solving its customers’ problems.
The series of real-life testimonials across the landscaping, plumbing, concreting and build trades further builds on Kennards Hire as a business that really has its customer’s back when it comes to product quality, reliability and service.
The concept of the campaign “whatever you’re into, we’ve got your back” supports the company's wide range of equipment and knowledge.
For the campaign, Kennards Hire partnered with The Film & Television Agency and long-term trade customers, who it calls "raving fans", to tell their story of how the hire business has their back.
The testimonials, which are running across all digital channels from 1 July, tell its customers' individual business stories.
Lara Galvin, head of marketing at Kennards Hire, says the hire company understands that tradies who use Kennards Hire equipment on the job are best placed to share their experiences.
“There is a lot of testimonial advertising in the market at the moment, across multiple sectors,” Galvin says.
“The difference with this campaign is that we worked with real core trade partners who told real stories - their problems on site, business challenges they face and how Kennards Hire plays their part in supporting them. How we’ve got their back.”
