DocuSign unveils first work with Hardhat

DocuSign Australia has released its first work with independent creative agency Hardhat, encouraging people to Next time, DocuSign.

Spearheading the campaign is an influencer series featuring entrepreneurial business leaders Janine Allis, Jules Jund and Emma Isaacs sharing stories of oversights and slip-ups during important business deals. The three ‘That time I screwed up’ stories support a suite of digital and social comms that leverage the ease of use and peace of mind that DocuSign products provide.

The first video featuring Boost Juice founder Janine Allis aired October 18, following a live Q&A with Allis and behavioural science leader and Hardhat co-founder, Dan Monheit, about Reinventing Customer Experience.

DocuSign APJ senior director of marketing Andrea Dixon says the campaign shows the benefits of electronic signing:

“We understand how friction-filled a paper-based agreement process can be. That’s why we’re so excited to share a campaign that shows how electronic signing can save the day by avoiding potential embarrassing, career-limiting or deal-ending scenarios.”

Hardhat ECD Glenn Dalton says the agency is working with DocuSign to revolutionise the process:

“Within most success stories are the chapters of missteps, hurdles and near failures. Some of these screw-ups come down to the smallest things - like signing and sending documents.”

The series launched on DocuSign’s website and socials on October 18. The through-the-line campaign will roll out across October and November with entrepreneur Emma Isaacs and Jules Lund on board.
