At Deakin University, students receive new ways to think that goes beyond theory - through practical, hands on experience.
Some of the learnings and thoughts are so intense that students form bright colourful clouds of smoke above their heads as they ponder how their university degrees will land them a job.
This new type of education appears highly successful, with all of the students fronting Deakin’s ‘Be Ready’ campaign scoring a career in their chosen fields.
We are told the students and alumni are real and include Daniel Daperis, Vimbai Nenzou, Lynda Goodman, Roda Alfred and Muhammad Irfan.
The colourful campaign, by The Royals, builds on Deakin’s ‘Think Young’ campaign in 2016 and is designed to “cut through the clutter of the largely monochromatic university advertising landscape”.
It succeeds in being attention-grabbing, and AdNews has certainly witnessed journalists with puffs of red mist clouding their head.
