To help customers – regardless of their home buying needs – achieve their property ownership goals.
CommBank’s latest campaign reminds Australians that with CommBank they can get tailored home loan support and so much more.
The campaign, which spans across TV, OOH (out of home), radio, social, digital display, and print, including CommBank’s Brighter magazine, highlights the different support pathways provided by the bank when it comes to home buying and how the bank can help customers – regardless of their home buying needs – achieve their property ownership goals.
The campaign seeks to address some of the common customer demands – including the desire for tailored tools and support – by highlighting the bank’s network of home lenders and the assistance they can provide, and its raft of digital tools, like Home Hub.
Home Hub, located in the CommBank app, provides home buyers with all of the tools and support they need to make informed property decisions.
CommBank’s chief marketing officer Jo Boundy said whether customers are seeking a digital home lending experience or desire face-to-face support and service, CommBank is here to assist.
“At CommBank, customers can not only access a suite of competitive and flexible home lending solutions, but they can also enjoy personalised support every step of the way and it’s been wonderful to shine a light on this support through our new advertising campaign,” she said.
“Through our campaign, we’ve been able to truly hero some of our amazing real-life home lenders and the wonderful support they provide to our customers every single day.”
The 15 and 30-second TVCs showcase the customer home lending experience from three different perspectives, including sibling investors, a small business owner and a family grappling with the age-old dilemma of buying or selling first.
The campaign also highlights CommBank’s digital tools, including Home Hub, and the personalised support that customers can take advantage of. The authentic visuals are complemented by the Cat Empire’s anthem 'Hello'.
