Digital-first challenger telco, Buddy Telco, has launched its inaugural integrated campaign to help introduce the self-service brand into the Australian market.
It showcases the Buddy cartoon dog continuously working to make the internet run smoothly. Like a reliable best friend, the Buddy mascot jumps across tabs to ensure seamless playback of high-dev videos, fast download speeds and reliable service.
The campaign has begun across TV, BVOD, SVOD, socials and display, with an additional out-of-home presence to go live before the end of the new year.
Buddy Telco marketing manager, Chelsea Running, said bringing Buddy to life is a crucial next step in launching the brand into the world.
"Letting customers know what we are about, which is that reliable internet shouldn't be compromised by price," she said.
Buddy Telco's head of marketing, Rebecca Rizzo, said this campaign isn’t just a launch, but a product demonstration for Buddy Telco.
