M&C Saatchi Melbourne has created the “Don’t Be A Daryl” campaign for Cricket Australia, aimed at increasing spectators.
The 45-second TVC for the upcoming CommBank Bank Test Series is currently airing nationally and ends with an empty seat showing the perils of missing out on exciting test moments.
Cricket Australia General Manager – Media, Communications & Marketing - Ben Amarfio says the message for all Aussies is not to miss cricket's memorable moments.
“Don’t Be A Daryl highlights the feeling of missing out on all of the memorable moments cricket offers up, and I am sure that plenty of Australians can associate with their own ‘Daryl’ moment.”
The campaign will run throughout the summer during the Commonwealth Bank Test Series against New Zealand and the West Indies, the Victoria Bitter One Day International Series against India, and the KFC T20 International against India.
