Do you have what it takes to be Australia's first Tomato Master?

Tomato purists at Mutti have embarked on a national hunt for an experienced chef who is prepared to test their cookery metal, and who has the skills and personality to front the Italian brand.

Aspiring Tomato Masters will face a series of challenges to test their talent, toughness and attitude. The last one standing will be sent to Italy to train under Mutti's tomato connoisseurs.

The Tomato Master will then partner with Sandhurst Fine Foods, Mutti's Aussie distribution partner, as a brand ambassador.

Trish Pegorer, brand manager at Mutti, said: "Mutti has a genuine quality story to tell. As Italy’s leading brand of tomatoes they are on an unceasing mission to innovate through every step of the process. We’re looking for a talented personality who can bring this story to life and take Mutti to the next level in food service."

The campaign was created by New Republique and comprises print, digital, branded content and direct mail.

New Republique CEO Nima Yassini said: "We’re very excited to launch 'Tomato Master' off the back of Mutti’s highly successful 'Just Harvested' consumer campaign.”
