Westpac is on a mission to save us all from “losing it”. A new spot for the bank, by DDB Group, focuses on that awful moment to reaiise you've lost your wallet, followed by slow outward rage.

The bank's new saving grace for when you lose it all is the Westpac Emergency Cash. It is a code that allows you to withdraw money - without your wallet. 

“It’s a spiral we all know too well. The crazed patting down of pockets, the self-loathing, the atomic out-pouring of anger… losing your wallet sucks. But for Westpac customers it now sucks a little less,” said DDB Melbourne's executive creative director, Darren Spiller.
