McDonald's has launched the next instalment of the 'Loose Change' menu campaign. The spot shows a young man who finds an abandoned shopping trolley and decides to lug it back to the supermarket to get the gold coin inside so he can buy something on the 'Loose Change' menu at McDonald's.
