Schweppes has launched a TV campaign for Mineral Waters featuring a food fight in a fine-dining restaurant, the culmination of a social media campaign and partnership with three-hatted chef Martin Benn of Sydney's Sepia restaurant, who created a menu of dishes designed specifically to be thrown.

'Fancy Food Fight' was created by GPY&R Melbourne, with the event taking place on 24 February at CarriageWorks Sydney. Seven courses were served as diners ate, drank and threw their meals at one another while the cameras rolled.

GPY&R Melbourne creative director Evan Roberts said: "It was important for us to not only create an event that people would enjoy, but also produce a piece of film that was a notch above the usual documentary style. Hats off to Will O’Rourke and Glue, they’ve really raised the bar with this one."
