Carlton United Brewers has launched a series of commercials for its Crown Lager highlighting its partnership with Australian hop and barley growers. The 'Australia's Finest' campaign is the first work for the brand by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.
The ads hero two farmers, Andrew Weidemann from Rupanyup, Victoria and Allan Monshing of Myrtleford, Victoria, "filmed on location at their properties in an artistic, monochrome style with splashes of 'spot colour'".
Crown Lager general manager Richard Oppy said the advertisements hero the dedication, knowledge and passion each farmer has for growing the ‘finest’ ingredients: "This also highlights the commitment Crown Lager has to identifying these growers in our pursuit of creating Australia’s finest beer."
The campaign is running across TV, out-of-home and print.
