1. What is your favourite moment you’ve shared over a cuppa?
When my parents come over and take care of my daughter so I can relax and unwind.
2. Why is supporting mental health so important to you?
It’s become more important recently as pressures of raising a child and work ramp up.
3. What’s your top tip for lifting your mood?
Exercise - basketball a few days a week.
4. What is your connection to MOOD, how have you contributed?
Executed the media negotiations with the publishers to lock in value so MOOD could be activated across 865 Woolworths stores across Australia.
5. Why is it important as a business to stock products like MOOD that give back?
Because the tea tastes good and feels good.
6. What does your company do to foster a Mentally Healthy Workplace?
A few days a month to foster mental well-being via events, as well as Collaboration working weeks and social events with wellness at the forefront, like yoga, bootcamps and my favoutire the Dentsu basketball team. We also have a breakout area for those who need to take some time out.
7. What is your favourite MOOD brew?
