The World Out of Home Organization (WOO) is holding its second APAC Regional Forum in Bali in November later this year.

The first APAC Regional Forum, with over 200 delegates, was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in October 2022.

The Forum gives delegates one and a half days of presentations on the expanding world of out-of-home (OOH) from media owners, buyers, tech suppliers and clients from both local and international markets.

Topics cover all aspects of OOH and the programme will include specific breakout sessions on driving OOH growth through audience measurement as well as the growing impact of automation and the programmatic buying of OOH.

WOO President Tom Goddard said the Kuala Lumpur APAC Forum was an even bigger success than the organisation expected and there has been huge support for another event in an incredibly dynamic region, vital to the development of OOH globally.

"All the evidence is that there is a terrific appetite for industry-wide face to face meetings as OOH bounces back from the dark days of lockdown," he said.

"We are already planning an in-person African event to take place early in 2024. More details to follow in the coming months."

WOO has already announced that its next Global Congress will also be held in APAC, in Hong Kong from June 5-7 2024.
