With Collective has had a shake-up in its leadership team, with chief creative officer Steve Coll departing the agency after four years.
Coll first joined the agency in 2015 as CCO and creative partner before it was purchased by Dentsu Aegis Network the following year.
While Coll left the agency a month ago, he hasn’t revealed his next move but it’s understood he’s moving over to client-side with an announcement to be made in the coming weeks.
Coll had previously been ECD at Droga5, which was recently acquired by Accenture, as well as at Host/Havas.
With Collective co-founder and CEO Justin Hind thanked Coll for his work with the agency.
The agency has also welcomed a new creative director duo, Hadleigh Sinclair and Jack Delmonte, starting last week.
Both Sinclair and Delmonte have previously been with Host/Havas and Clemenger BBDO in Sydney.
With Collective’s previous creative duo Nicole Hetherington and Simon Fowler have wound down their work at the agency to start a creative consultancy Abel.
Hind says the agency has supported the creative duo’s new venture and will consult with them for three days a week for the rest of the year.
