With Collective has hired Iain Todd to head a new content division for the agency.
Todd was held various content and operations roles at Kalido and M&C Saatchi, also doing some freelancing work for The Monkeys.
In his new position, Todd will be responsible for building out the agency's content offering to help With Collective's current clients as well as the wider Dentsu Aegis Network group.
Co-founder and COO Dom Hind says the move into content was a natural extension for the rapidly expanding business.
“We've always had an extremely talented development and UX team as, unlike a lot of agencies, we don't outsource digital production. Content production is the natural extension for us, and will be executed to the same high standard," he says.
With Collective has been bolstering its business since it was acquired by Dentsu September this year, a few months after Droga5's Steve Coll announced he'd be joining the agency. Most recently With Collective snared Havas London's Dan Bolton and Barnaby Packham.
With Collective CEO Justin Hind says the new content division will 'end the guessing'.
"The ability to constantly measure, adapt and execute creative campaigns is a key part of the future," he says.
Coll adds: “While we'll continue to embrace Australia's best and brightest production agencies for the right jobs, this move is a valuable addition to our offering."
