Independent marketing agency WiredCo. announced its new digital PR offering, WireCast.

Together with owners Angela Hampton and David Kennedy-Cosgrove, WireCast was developed by managing partner and co-owner, Michelle Hampton.

WireCast will offer full PR services including: comms strategy, optimised earned media, tailored media experiences, media partnerships, blogs & copywriting, consumer research and content creation.

Michelle Hampton said: “WireCast is our optimised earned media offering that’s measurable.

"We created it to try and tackle what’s held the industry back from the same level of growth and progression as other marketing disciplines.

“Measurement is still a big issue when it comes to earned media and many marketers continue to view it as a single channel, single purpose ‘add-on tool’. As a consequence, earned media on its own rarely gets a look-in at top table strategy discussions. Yet in our ‘distrust default’ world, third party endorsement is perhaps more important than ever, so the agency’s mission is to change this.

“Our SEO and digital campaigns get supercharged whenever earned media is integrated so we’ve created an offering that not only amplifies what we already do but also elevates PR to play a much more meaningful role.”

WiredCo.’s view is that earned media could also be working a lot harder for brands so part of WireCast’s competitive advantage is how they tap into the smarts of performance marketing and SEO systems.

“So by addressing what’s been holding earned media back, there’s enormous potential for significant growth," Michelle said.

With the launch of WireCast, WiredCo. is recruiting again with two PR roles to fill an earned media account manager and an earned media account exec.
