We Are Different new team

Earned-first creative agency We Are Different has announced a series of senior appointments and new hires.

Zoe Finlayson has been elevated to the new role group performance director. She joined Different in March 2021 from TBWA’s FleishmanHillard, and in just under two years has led and grown a strong portfolio of blue-chip client accounts across travel, FMCG and consumer tech categories.

Caitlin Falls has also been promoted to performance director following a year-long stint with the agency. Caitlin joined Different in September 2021 from Ogilvy PR’s consumer agency, Pulse. She has been instrumental in driving client and team performance at Different, while also co-chairing the agency’s employee-engagement program, Culture Club.

Ellen Cartwright, Katie Sverchek and Stephanie Alcevski join the agency as senior performance executives, helping drive client results across earned, owned and paid channels. Ellen, Katie and Steph join Different from Alt/Shift, The 6AM Agency and Dentsu Creative, respectively.

The agency also recently appointed Adrian Ceccato and Maddie Smith to the roles of performance executive.

Founder and director of We Are Different, Stuart Terry, said: “It’s exciting to see Different go from strength to strength, offering clients the scale and team know-how that makes a real difference to their business.

"The team are among the best and brightest – they know what great PR looks like, but they’re also lovely humans who are passionate about the work and team culture.

“Anyone who’s met Zoe knows that she’s a force to be reckoned with, and Caitlin brings natural charm and smarts to everything she does. Together with the promotions and new hires, we’re set up for an even more exciting future with Different.”
