Independent earned-first creative agency We Are Different has launched a creator in residence program, born out of the need for greater collaboration between brands and talent to develop more authentic, channel-first creator content.
The program will deliver insights around creator content and collaboration via joint team training, industry panel events and direct consulting opportunities for brands.
Taylor Reilly of creator management agency Reilly Talent will be the first to participate in the program. The 23-year-old manager and entrepreneur has over 50 million followers worth of creators under his wing with talent producing content across TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube.
Founder and director of We Are Different, Stuart Terry, said the agency has designed a program that empowers the team and wider industry to stay up to date with the ever-evolving creator landscape, while maintaining Different’s strength as a talent agnostic and channel agnostic earned-first creative agency.
"We’re energised by the program and excited to see Taylor and his team of talent shine as our first Creator in Residence," he said.
Reilly said the talent he works with represents the next generation of content creators with millions of followers at their disposal.
"More can be done to bridge the gap between agencies, creators and brands," he said.
"We’re excited to contribute our knowledge and creativity, ultimately helping build an industry that supports more authentic, channel-first creator content that performs for brands."
Additional creators in residence will be appointed on a quarterly basis.
