Outlook 2023 - AdNews spoke to Jimmy Hyett, CEO and founder at This is Flow, about 2022 and the prospects for next year.
"2022 for flow has been a barnstorming year. We've had amazing growth on the people side and the client side," he says.
"And I think it really comes down to how we've changed the agency, almost treating it like a hospitality business ... how we service clients, sell the product ... kind of like you'd see at a really high end restaurant."
