AdNews spoke to James Lawrence, co-founder at Rocket Agency, about 2022 and the prospects for next year:
"For Rocket, it’s been an interesting year. Like lots of agencies in this space, people has been the theme of the year for us.
"A lot of work at the beginning of the year … trying to balance being able to do the work with the right people.
"I think we're finding that it's kind of balanced out a little bit where it's easier to get people than it was six to nine months ago and still work out there but I'm not sure if it's as bountiful as it was."
