Emma Montgomery, CEO of Leo Burnett Australia, spoke to AdNews about 2022 and the prospects for 2023.
She returned to Australia in 2021 from the US, where she was global co-chief strategy officer for TBWA/Worldwide based in Los Angeles.
She told AdNews: "We've had a fantastic year at Leo Burnett, one of absolute creative potential ... huge demand for our vision of human centered progressive creativity
"The big things on people's minds is not only their own personal finances, but how brands are considering their own financial relationships to consumers ... paying their taxes, being good corporate citizens. And so I think that that environment will be an interesting one as we head into 2023."
