Wade Kingsley launches Creative Women mentorship program

Creative coach Wade Kingsley has launched a mentoring program for future female leaders of the creative industry.

The program is called ‘Creative Women’ and is designed to help women aspiring for future leadership positions with a personal mentoring program for 6 months.

Each of the participants will have the program tailored to their individual needs. This includes input into mentor selection, the session content, and flexible time and days of mentoring sessions.

The creative coach Wade Kingsley said he's not going to mansplain a mentoring program for Creative Women.

"I am however committed to providing the time and opportunity for each of these amazing women, who are looking to develop further confidence and skills to be the next generation of leaders in the media and marketing industry," Kingsley said.

The program which runs from April-September includes: 6 x mentoring sessions from Wade Kingsley/female mentor of their choice 3 x group workshop sessions with guest female mentors Attendance at ‘The Creative Camp’ with the entire program cohort featuring female guest speakers There will be 12 members in the program and they will be announced on International Women’s Day (March 8).

The first cohort will come from the following companies, who are financially supporting the ‘Creative Women’ program, including Audience360, carsales mediahouse, Hatched Media, News Corporation, Nova Entertainment, SCA, and QMS Media.

“I’m thrilled that these amazing companies recognise their role in developing women as the future creative leaders in our industry," Kingsley said.
