VMLY&R has appointed Janelle Shinners head of client engagement in Brisbane.
Shinners will work alongside VMLY&R’s Queensland leadership team to enhance client engagement function and integrated offering.
She will be responsible for delivering exceptional creative effectiveness, overall client satisfaction and connecting the agency's ideas across paid, owned and earned platforms.
She will work across VMLY&R’s clients including The Lottery Corporation, TerryWhite Chemmart, Bond University, Goodlife Health Clubs, Visit Brisbane, The Coffee Club, RSL Queensland among others.
