VML has been appointed creative agency of record for Transurban's customer retail brand Linkt.
The agency will work with Transurban on awareness, comprehension and customer advocacy.
Transurban general manager of customer experience and operations Chris Jackson said the brand is excited to partner with VML to establish a brand platform for Linkt that will showcase the value to customers.
VML Melbourne and Sydney managing director Sarah Bailey said VML is excited to partner with Transurban.
"Our aim is to showcase how Linkt's products and services can enhance travel experiences, transforming indifference into advocacy," Bailey said.
