Venetian Media Group appoints two

Media company Venetian Media Group (VMG) has promoted Sean McCaull chief experience officer and appointed Olivier Starck chief product and solution officer.

McCaull will oversee the client and internal experience of VMG’s staff across its brands, including out-of-home and street poster specialist agency Revolution360, marketing consultancy Yakkazoo, sports management and advisory firm Aspire Sports Management, billboard company Captive Vision Outdoor, media planning and buying agency Frontier Media, and digital agencies Sillyfish and Digital Native.

McCaull said it's been an incredible experience to witness and contribute to VMG’s growth over the years.

"I am deeply grateful for the trust the Fishwick family has placed in me, and I am honoured to join the leadership team in this new capacity," McCaull said.

VMG CEO Michael Fishwick said McCaull has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership.

"His new role as CXO is crucial to ensuring that VMG continues to deliver outstanding experiences and support across all our agencies," Fishwick said.

Starck will be responsible for driving the development of products and solutions within VMG's specialised agencies.

Starck said he is excited to combine his commercial, consultative, and creative skills to build solutions.

"There are so many opportunities at hand, and I’m eager to support our teams in seizing them," Starck said.

Fishwick said Starck's expertise is a perfect fit for VMG.

"Olivier's and Sean's roles are vital in providing our agencies the support they need to thrive in a new era of business and marketing," Fishwick said.
