UK integrated communications consultancy Liquid is opening an office in Brisbane.
The creative consultancy already operates in 26 jurisdictions and will support Australia based companies looking to strengthen their operations in Europe as well as international and UK clients expanding into the Australian market.
Hollie Jones, senior account director at Liquid, will head up a small team from Birmingham to work in Brisbane and complete the set up.
Once established, Liquid Australia will be offering jobs and internships for local talent, as well as secondments both in the UK and Australia.
Liquid’s chief executive officer, Elisabeth Lewis-Jones, said: “We are very excited to announce Liquid Australia, our first expansion outside of Europe. The Brisbane office will allow us to support our UK based clients in new ventures as well as welcome a whole new roster of clients to the Liquid family.
“I’d like to extend my thanks to the teams at Brisbane Economic Development Agency and Queensland Trade and Investment, who have offered incredible support and made our landing in Australia stress free. I’d also like to thank and praise Birmingham Chamber of Commerce for the role they’ve had in supporting our international growth.”
