Digital marketing agency Tug Sydney has been appointed by National Dental Care, one of the largest providers of dental services in Australia, to drive customer engagement across its network.

Founded in Brisbane in 2013, National Dental Care has seen strong demand for its dentistry services leading to rapid growth of its network. Tug will manage search engine optimisation with the objective of increasing organic visibility and driving greater awareness of its more than 70 nationwide practices.

A specialist in performance media, Tug uses a combination of data, media, content and technology to deliver improved return on investment for brands and works with clients including WWF, Budget Direct, NobleOak, Law Connect, Compare the Market and Merlin Entertainments.

Chloe Harding, CMO at National Dental Care said: “As we continue to deliver leading dental services to Australians, we want to ensure the National Dental Care brand and our more than 70 practices remain visible to those looking to engage with us.

“The team from Tug demonstrated their expertise in working with multi-location businesses and we look forward to partnering with them.”

Charlie Bacon, general manager at Tug Sydney said: “We are excited to be working with National Dental Care to ensure the brand remains present and visible in search to drive greater awareness with existing and prospective customers.”

The appointment by National Dental Care follows a string of new business wins for Tug. Bluebeam, a global developer of software solutions and services for the architecture and construction sectors, engaged Tug to manage paid media in Australia, New Zealand and India and SEA LIFE Sydney appointed Tug to manage search engine optimisation.
