Positive change agency Think HQ has hired two new senior creatives - Rob Barnett as executive creative director and Max Bengtsson as senior copywriter.
The multi-awarded pair previously worked together on the client side at Xero.
Before his time at Xero, Barnett freelanced at agencies including Leo Burnett, BWM Dentsu and JWT. Prior to that he worked at M&C Saatchi for more than five years and he has also worked for Isobar (now Dentsu Creative).
Bengtsson previously worked at Clemenger BBDO and Isobar (now Dentsu Creative) as copywriter and senior copywriter. During his career, he has worked on campaigns including NAB – Mini Legends and Okinawa – Life, by Okinawa.
Jen Sharpe, Think HQ founder and managing director, said she is thrilled to have Barnett and Bengtsson on board.

Barnett said he has always been drawn to cause-based clients throughout his career.

Barnett and Bengtsson will be based in Think HQ’s Melbourne office.
