Independent marketing agenciy The Zoo Republic has won the BaptistCare NSW & ACT creative account.

The competitive pitch began in December 2021, a time that coincided with a national aged care crisis.

The Zoo Republic’s pitch to BaptistCare put forward a unified brand story that brings to life the Christian not for profit's position Because We Care.

The agency explored a campaign that not only delivers a single brand voice, but also has the flexibility within the brand narrative to deliver across multiple portfolios from home care to retirement living.

Charles Moore, CEO of BaptistCare: “This is a really exciting time and the next step for BaptistCare.

"Earlier this year, we raised some important questions around aged care with our open letter to the Prime Minister and now, in partnership with The Zoo Republic, we aim to continue being the voice for so many aged Australians who don’t experience the care that they so richly deserve.

"We believe that every individual deserves to live well and this is what drives us each and every day.”

David Lo, CEO of The Zoo Republic: “In our industry, you don’t often get the opportunity to work with brands that are making a tangible, real and purposeful difference in people’s lives at a fundamental human level.

"Winning the BaptistCare marketing account has not only bolstered our client resume, but it stands at the forefront of what we believe in and value as an agency.”

The partnership starts with immediate effect and will deliver an integrated creative campaign in 2022.
