Retailer Kido has appointed The Wired Agency as its retained digital agency partner.
Wired, winning the remit for paid search and shopping advertising, will focus on performance for growth with the aim to build out brand activity.
Kido, with a significant e-retail arm and two bricks and mortar stores based in Paddington NSW, and Byron Bay, sells everything from well-known designer kid’s clothing to accessories, bikes, trikes and kid’s furniture.
Founder and Managing Director of The Wired Agency Angela Hampton: “If you’re a parent, you’ll have heard of the brands Quincy Mae, Rylee & Cru, Goldie + Ace, and Kido is a destination that not only makes brands like these easily accessible with its e-store and efficient delivery infrastructure, what attracted us to the business is also their focus on sustainability. Even their delivery process is 100% carbon offset.
"We also love their simple intention behind starting the business; we collect items we love and share them with the world."
Director of Kido, Luke Reichinger: “We spoke to a number of agencies in Australia and what interested us in Wired was their passion and expertise in building e-comm brands to the point where many of their clients have achieved record growth. I can see they have a very tailored approach to digital marketing and we can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.”
Wired's key clients include Pizza Hut, Assembly Label, Chatime, Georg Jensen, Korea Tourism, Maurie & Eve, Indeed, Mr Black, Viking Cruises, and TEDx Sydney.
