The Monkeys grabs Open Colleges creative account

Open Colleges has appointed The Monkeys, part of Accenture Interactive, as its lead creative agency.

The tertiary institution has partnered with The Monkeys to reinvigorate its legacy brand.

“We are excited to partner with Australia’s original distance educator to help get the message out to all Australians that online study is a valuable and flexible option for those seeking to up-skill and improve their career opportunities," The Monkeys group CEO and co-founder Mark Green says.

The win comes after M&C Saatchi took over the University of Sydney account from The Monkeys at the start of the year.

The Monkeys' first piece of work for Open Colleges is a brand campaign Everything Could Happen.

The campaign celebrates Open Colleges’ 125 years in education and challenges Australians to turn their potential into reality, showing anything is possible with the right partner in education.

It has been released across television, radio and digital channels.

“Our new agency partner The Monkeys recognises that when students are starting out, it’s easy for them to be overcome by the range of possibilities ahead," Open Colleges executive general manager – customer experience Jeff Lim says. 

"The agency has created an effective campaign to let all Australians know we’re here to support and guide them along their educational journey.”
