Heineken has pulled its latest TV ad in the US after it was slammed as "terribly racist".
In the 30-second spot, a bartender slides a bottle of the Dutch beer down a bar, past three black people, before it stops beside a lighter-skinned woman.
The ad finishes with the slogan: "Sometimes lighter is better".
Hip-hop star Chance The Rapper took to Twitter to call out the ad calling it "bogus".
"I think some companies are purposely putting out noticeably racist ads so they can get more views.
"But I gotta just say tho. The 'sometimes lighter is better' Heineken commercial is terribly racist omg."

This is not the first time a brand has been embroiled in controversy. Earlier this year, H&M was forced to apologise for an online ad that was branded 'racist' and Pepsi famously was made to pull an ad last year featuring Kendall Jenner.
