Harry Lowes is taking on the role of director of one to one marketing and loyalty at Telstra.
Formerly the GM of media and digital, Lowes will now oversee anything to do with addressable marketing and loyalty at the telco. He had held the digital and media role since 2012, and took on the new position in March.
Telstra is understood to send up to 65 million pieces of addressable communications a year.
The role was previously held by Nick Adams, who also leads the 'marketing enablement' division set up by CMO Joe Pollard in a restructure two years ago.
It’s not clear what role Adams now holds, but he remains part of Telstra as an executive director.
It’s also not clear who will replace Lowes to lead the media and digital function.
A Telstra spokesperson declined to comment saying the telco does not comment on internal moves.
You can catch Lowes speaking on the Data & Analytics in a Post-Truth World panel at the AdNews Media + Marketing Summit in Sydney in May. Early Bird tickets are still available here.
