TBWA Australia Group is to launch its retail marketing agency The Integer Group in Australia.
The launch of the Australian operation will be officially announced at a breakfast on Tuesday 8 March, which will be attended by The Integer Group's chairman Jeremy Pagden, international president Marc Ducnuigeen and APAC managing director Dan Paris.
TBWA Australia has remained tight-lipped about the structure and launch date of the agency, and has not revealed any foundation clients.
TBWA digital agency Tequila already has an activations department which handles some shopper marketing. It is unclear whether these duties will roll into the newly formed agency.
The Integer Group is part of the Omnicom Group and TBWA Worldwide, with head offices in the US. The agency also has offices in Central and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. The Australian office is the 11th global office for the group.
In other markets, The Integer Group has worked with clients including 7-Eleven, Electrolux, BlackBerry, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg, McDonalds, Procter & Gamble, Visa, Microsoft and Michelin.
