TBWA Sydney has been appointed as the new creative agency for Sheridan after a three way competitive pitch.
The Australian-owned home and lifestyle brand has around 80 stores across Australia and is stocked in David Jones and Myer nationally.
TBWA replaces incumbent Studio Woo, part of McCann, which has led the development of the brand's catalogues in the past.
"Sheridan has a very loyal and valuable customer base, but as with many well-loved brands, the challenge is how to keep winning new hearts and minds,"Sheridan GM of marketing Renee Awadalla says.
"We believe we’ve found a great partner with TBWA and are excited to be working with a world-class agency that has the philosophy of disruption at it’s core."
TBWA CEO Paul Bradbury says the brand has a proud history of famous Australian ad campaigns that the agency looks forward to contributing to.
"We are really looking forward to partnering Renee and her team to communicate the Sheridan quality story to some new audiences as well as those Australians who love Sheridan and who would never, ever compromise on quality," he says.
TBWA has had a string of wins in the last six months, picking up the creative for Amazon, PepsiCo and Woolmark.
