Sunshine Coast based digital agency Sunny Digital has added two key staff.

Founder Matt Travers says the company’s growth over the previous 12 months has made it possible to add two senior roles to the 15 in-house staff.

“We have experienced strong growth since we launched the business four years ago and that expansion has seen additional staff join the team each year where we now have a range of highly professional and experienced employees within our team.

“This year we have secured top international talent with two new team members Jess Vick, previously head of digital at The Village Agency and Achmad Reza Putra.

“Jess has over 12 year agency experience working on a range of national and international campaigns in the UK, Europe and America. Jess’s digital marketing clients include Lacoste, Accor Hotels, Lee Jeans, Oroton, Brooks Brothers, Holiday Inn Express, Loccitane, Whitley Neil, Dead Man’s Fingers and Russian Standard Vodka.

“Our other new team member, Reza has dual degrees from the University of Sydney and the University of Tasmania and has completed a Masters in Artificial Intelligence at IU International University of Applied Science. Reza has worked in senior analytics roles at Omincom Media Group in Sydney as well as overseas.

“I’m thrilled to have both Reza and Jess on our team as they bring extensive knowledge and experience to the business. I’m sure they will both fit in well with the culture we have created and I am confident all our team have plenty to learn from their vast knowledge. Ultimately all of our clients will win because they will have access to this leading edge industry knowledge and capability provided by our in-house team.

“Securing high-quality talent like Reza and Jess is a big step for Sunny Digital. It can be difficult luring top end talent from overseas and major capital cities to the Sunshine Coast and I hope this latest appointment is a reflection of where we are heading as a company,” said Travers.
