Property group Stockland has appointed Publicis' Zenith to its media account.
The account moves from GroupM's EssenceMediacom.
Stockland's business includes ownership, funding and management of residential estates, land lease communities, retail town centres, and workplace and logistics assets.
Stockland general manager, brand and channels Natalie Warren-Smith confirmed the move to AdNews.
"We have had a long and valued relationship with EssenceMediacom and thank the team for their work," Warren-Smith said.
"We look forward to welcoming Zenith as our new partner to deliver on the next phase of our growth strategy."
Havas Host is the brand's creative agency.
