A new smart TV app will soon be available for subscribers to stream their SkyNews.com.au streaming subscription on compatible Apple TV, Samsung and LG devices, or other devices which use the Android TV operating system.
Through the Sky News smart TV app, which complements the existing mobile and tablet streaming app, new and existing customers can stream content across four dedicated channels including Sky News, Sky News Election Channel, Sky News Weather and FOX SPORTS News for $5 per month.
As part of Sky News’ ongoing commitment to delivering international news and analysis, the team will continue to provide in-depth coverage of key global events, including President-elect Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office.

Following a series of documentaries and special investigations throughout 2024, Sky News will air a documentary about Cheng Lei, the Australian journalist who was detained in China for two years and 11 months.
Sky News investigative reporter Jonathan Lea hosts a new documentary Into the Deep: Australia’s Submarine Gamble premiering in February.
The investigation examines the detail behind AUKUS, the trilateral security partnership between Australia, the UK and the US announced in 2021. Now, more than three years on, and as work gets underway on Australia's new fleet of nuclear submarines at an estimated cost of $368 billion, Lea spends time on board one of Australia's current Collins-class subs and speaks with senior military and political figures from across the AUKUS alliance partners.
